1. Scope & Role of Zagi Group

Zagi Group acts exclusively as an intermediary for services (travel, loans, insurance). The contract for the actual service is concluded directly between the user and the respective service provider (e.g., bank, insurer, tour operator).

2. Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate information on our platform. Since we obtain data from third-party providers, we assume no guarantee for the correctness, completeness, or up-to-dateness of the offers. Liability for damages arising from the use of the brokered services rests with the respective service provider.

3. User Obligations

The user is obliged to provide truthful information when making inquiries. For loan or insurance applications, the user is personally responsible for the accuracy of the transmitted data (salary, health, etc.).

4. Contractual Partners & Conditions

The terms and conditions of the respective partner providers apply additionally to the booked or brokered services. The user is explicitly informed of the partner's applicable conditions prior to concluding the contract.

5. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Zagi Group in Effretikon, unless another mandatory jurisdiction is prescribed by law.
